General requirements of concrete materials for laser screed flooring

I:The seamless concrete floor that use the concrete laser screed machine mix design should meet the following requirements in addition to the structural design requirements:

1 should meet the requirements of seamless construction process characteristics;

2 Materials should be used reasonably to reduce the amount of cement.

II: Seamless construction of super-large area concrete ground works useing the laser screed.

1 The parameters of ready-mixed concrete should be determined according to the raw material quality, preparation conditions, supply capacity, transportation equipment, transportation time, ambient temperature and other factors of the concrete, and should comply with the current national standards.
2 The selection and quality of cement used for seamless ground concrete construction using laser screed construction shall comply with the following requirements:

a should choose medium or low thermal Portland cement or low heat slag Portland cement and fly ash cement;

b The entry temperature of the cement at the mixing station should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius.

3 In addition to the provisions of the current industry standards, the selection of aggregates should meet the following requirements:

a should use non-alkali active aggregates;

b fine aggregate should be medium and coarse sand;

c coarse aggregate should be selected from 5.0mm-31.5mm particle size, using continuous grading, the mud content should not exceed 1%;

d When pumping construction, the coarse aggregate particle size should meet the requirements of current industry standards; when using non-pumping construction, the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate should not exceed 40mm.

4 Mineral admixtures should be determined according to the design, construction requirements and environmental conditions of the project, and should comply with the current national standards. The type and amount of mineral admixture should be determined experimentally.

5 Admixtures and dosages should be determined after testing according to design requirements, construction requirements, environmental conditions and other factors, and should comply with current national standards and environmental protection regulations.

6 The Concrete mixing and curing water should comply with the current industry standards.
