1. Formwork layout

When laser screed machine is used to level concrete, if the area of concrete needed to be leveled is too large to be completed at one time, side formwork should be installed at the area you want to construct at each time. For example, if you have a 10,000 square-meter project, it can not be completed in a day. If you want to level 2,000 square meters for the first time, you need to set the side formwork in the position of 2,000 square meters so that you can have a neat interface in the construction position next time.

2. Set the leveling height of the laser screed machine

Use a handheld receiver to confirm the position of ±0 and place the handheld rod vertically on an object as high as +0 (for example, if the concrete thickness is 18 cm, the handheld rod should placed on an object as high as 18 cm). Move the small receiver up and down, adjust the position of the small receiver on the receiving pole until the laser is pointed at the midpoint of the small receiver (when the small receiver shows 0, the green light will be on). Fix the small receiver, and if the small receiver is in the middle, the bottom height of the receiving pole is ±0.

3.Adopt the measured height to the laser screed machine

Place the vibrating plate of the machine at approximately the same height as±0. Fastened the bottom of the handheld receiving rod to the scraper of the machine, start the machine and press the button to adjust the height of both sides of the scraper until the handheld rod turns on the green light or displays 0. Then install the big receiver, adjust the position of the big receiver on the machine receiving rod, and fasten the big receiver when the green light is on. Then eliminate the error following the steps on the video. The machine is set up.
