Before shipping, we meticulously inspect each product to ensure it is in optimal condition. We also send you photos of the product and its packaging. If you are dissatisfied with the photos or condition reported, we will make necessary adjustments before dispatch.
Should you need to return a product within 14 days of receipt, we provide the following resolutions:
- In cases where the item is completely damaged due to quality issues and beyond repair—as confirmed by our technical department not to be due to user error—we will either send you a brand new device or offer a full refund after approval.
- If you are dissatisfied with the product for personal reasons and wish to return it, you must ship the product back to our warehouse. Upon receiving the returned item, we will deduct the shipping costs we incurred and refund the remaining amount to you.
