Warranty Policy – Hiking Machinery

One Year Free Warranty

We are pleased to offer a one-year free warranty on all Hiking Machinery products. Should any quality issues arise within a year from the purchase date, we will send you free parts (preferably by air) and a guide for repairing your machine. Hiking Machinery guarantees that all products and parts sold by HIKINGMACH and its distributors/retailers are free from defects in craftsmanship and materials. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Hiking Machinery reserves the right to decide on the remedial action to be taken. Repairs will be conducted under the guidance of HIKING technical staff. If a part is deemed defective, we will supply it at no cost to the owner for the repair of the product. To avail of this service, the product must be under factory or extended warranty.

Please note:

We do not offer free after-sales service for damages caused by human error. For eligibility for free after-sales service, photographic or video evidence proving that there is no apparent damage caused by misuse must be provided. For damages due to human error, we still offer proactive support by providing free technical guidance and charging only for the parts needed.
We do not provide free after-sales service for consumable parts on large equipment, such as various types of tyres, rubber shock absorbers, decorative covers that serve no practical function, and multiple types of blades and rollers.
We do not offer free after-sales service for visibly damaged machines.
Regarding engines: Most of our machines are equipped with Honda or B&S engines, which local agents service.

Lifetime Cost Warranty

For products beyond the warranty period, we offer a cost warranty, charging only for related parts and providing necessary technical support for free. This ensures that you continue to receive support throughout the lifespan of your product, maximizing its value and functionality.
