Since the date you buy our products (from purchase invoice date), the company provide life-long maintenance service for you. For product quality problems caused by the user(or beyond warranty) there’s a charge, but not higher than the cost of the total (or production cost).

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because the products we sell are large items, we refuse refunds for any reason other than unresolvable quality issues after the product has been shipped. If you insist on returning the product, you shall be responsible for the entire shipping and customs procedures of the goods and refund the amount agreed in your contract after we receive the product.
